About Level23
Level23 is a personal art project by Craig Blackmoore, also known as Prsn23, an artist based in Detroit, Michigan. This site is a creative playground where I explore new ideas, build original characters, and share my art in a way that feels fun, accessible, and a little nostalgic.

The project pulls inspiration from the cartoons of the 90s and the internet vibes of the late 90s and early 2000s. I have been experimenting with both 2D and 3D animation for some time, and I am always looking for new ways to bring characters to life.

Level23 Lore
Level23 is the 23rd floor of a building that does not exist. It can only be accessed by entering the static of a CRT television. It appears to be managed by celestial entities or aliens of some sort. Parts of Level23 resemble a dull office building and other parts look and feel more like some sort of psychedelic trip. You never know what you will find around Level23.
